Dr. Culda is a native of Romania where she earned her dental degree through “Iuliu Hatieganu” School of Dentistry and furthered her education with a residency at the same school in Advanced General Dentistry. Art and science were always subject at which she excelled as a student and practicing dentistry has been a great way for her to use those skills to benefit others.
After practicing dentistry for 10 years, she and her husband moved to Boston where she continued her education at Boston University. She completed advanced graduate studies in Prosthodontics and attained her specialized post doctorate degree. Dr.Culda believes that education is what sets her apart from most other dentists. She is constantly advancing her clinical skills with continuing education courses and seeking out the latest in dental technologies.
Dr. Culda loves what she does and values the opportunity to benefit her patients and community with her expertise and experience. Whether it’s brightening the color of your smile, fixing other dental work, or addressing worn or chipped teeth, Dr. Culda will sit down, listen to your concern, and gives you options to achieve the smile you’ve always dreamed of.
Dr. Culda is fortunate to work with her husband Will, who is not only a managing partner of the practice but also a highly skilled and trained dental technician who creates all the beautiful restorations in his state-of-the-art digital dental laboratory using the latest technologies available today. They are proud to deliver the highest quality of care, using digital impressions, designing, 3D printing and milling.
They have a son, who brings many smiles and joy in their life. When outside the office, they enjoy outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.

Deah – RDH Grew up in Washington State and Montana but has lived in 10 states throughout her life. She moved to Virginia in 2010 and now thinks of Virginia as her home. She was a stay-at-home mom with her son for 8 years before finding her passion in the dental world. She began her dentistry career with a Certification degree in Dental Assisting through Germanna Community College and was accepted into the Dental Hygiene program at Northern Virginia Community College. Deah brings 11 years of dental experience to the practice.   Deah has many hobbies to include fluid artistry ” Art washes away the dust of everyday life”, DIY, woodworking and remodeling her family home to working on cars with her husband. “If you think it, you can do anything you put your mind to.” In her down time, she enjoys spending time with her family while making memories to cherish for years to come. (“Humanity has unquestionably one really exceptional weapon — laughter”). She loves dentistry and the wonderful relationships she develops over the years, while delivering oral hygiene education and treatment to her patients.


Shirley- Front Desk Representative 

Shirley joined DC Dental Care as a Front Desk Representative in February 2018. She has been on the dental field for 15 years. She enjoys helping and interacting with patients. Shirley enjoys travelling, dine out, and spend time outdoors. Her favorite part of the job is to gain patients trust and make them feel at home.

Tammy- Front Desk Representative

Tammy joined DC Dental in Sept 2022. She has 35 years in customer relations; 17 in the dental field.She loves people and finds pleasure in helping others. Family time is of great importance to her.Tammy’s hobbies include photography, gardening, tea parties, journaling, crafts, baking and outdoor activities.


Adestes- Dental Assistant 

Adestes started her career in dentistry as an administrative assistant in 2003. As she learned more about dentistry, she developed a deep desire to become directly involved with each patient’s clinical care.  An on-the-job training program allowed her to transition from administrative work to dental assisting in 2011. Adestes has continually advanced her knowledge and skills in all aspects of chair-side assisting.  Adestes prides herself on helping even the most nervous patients feel at ease throughout their entire treatment.  She enjoys educating and encouraging them to maintain good oral hygiene and can answer any questions they may have.  The best part of her workday is spending time with our patients, getting to know them, and helping them in any way she can. She views every experience working with our patients as an opportunity to not only advance the quality of their dental health but also to forge lasting friendships.  When not at the office, Adestes loves spending time with her husband and children. She also loves playing with her dogs, taking photos, gardening, painting, and reading mystery novels in her free time. 

Briana- Dental Assistant 

Since 2015 Briana has been working as a dental assistant and has loved every minute of it. She recently got her certification for dental assistant and is working towards becoming a dental hygienist. She loves to make sure that her patients are well educated and are comfortable when it comes to the dental office. She loves to see healthy smiles and happy patients! Outside of work, she loves to hang out with her friends and family. 


Will Szabo- Managing Partner Will brings over two decades of business management experience to DC Dental Care with his entrepreneurial spirit, Mr. Szabo has made dental practice management a career specialty. As a Director of Operations, Mr. Szabo has created a vision through hands-on experience that helps him to continuously keep DC Dental up to pair with the ever- changing technological advancements. He is a graduate of “Dimitrie Cantemir” University where he majored in Dental Technology. He currently resides in Fredericksburg with his wife and their son. In his spare time, he enjoys biking, golfing, skiing and playing tennis. 

Maritza- Assistant Manager

Maritza joined DC Dental Care as an Accounts Receivables Specialist. She comes with 7 years of Accounts Receivables in dentistry and over 23 years of Financial Banking experience, including managing Virginia Heartland Bank in Stafford. She attended New England College of Finance and University of Virginia. She was a member of the Rock Hill Ruritan Club of Stafford in 2006. Member of the Fredericksburg Chamber of Commerce in 2007 and named Paul Harris Fellow of the Stafford Rotary Club in 2006.She is fluent in both English and Spanish. Her hobby is cake decorating.
